POLAR BEARS

Following the IUCN Red List, the polar bear (ursus maritimus) is a vulnerable specie due to its habitat loss caused by climate change. Its native range lies within the Arctic Circle extending from the Arctic Circle and its surrounding seas and land masses. Those pictures come from the Labrador Sea in Canada, Spitsbergen in Norway and Wrangell Island in Russian Far East.
